It can sometimes be tough to meditate without a teacher or a guide. Being guided helps to provide direction and allows for an effortlessness that may be difficult to achieve on one’s own. This makes these sessions especially useful if you have little or no experience. In these classes our teachers offer gentle guidance and wisdom through the use of various meditation techniques.

Sound has the ability to powerfully shift our state of consciousness, change our brain chemistry and bring us into the present more fully and meaningfully. This is all important for our wellbeing and joy as human beings. For this practice we play different music and audio frequencies through wireless headphones to help focus the mind and relax the body, taking you on a journey of inner exploration.

Music producer Mayhills mixes live ambient beats for a 40 minute electronic sound journey meditation. Intune (live) is a transporting experience that creates the space to feel more deeply helping to inspire. 



So much of our energy is used in communicating with the external world. Inward is a silent/ non-guided meditation practice that encourages the inward flow of energy to help create space for reflection. Even though meditation is an individual practice at the heart, by coming together as a group, the collective resonance effect helps strengthen our focus and motivation. Meditation may feel deeper as we tap into profound silence and connection without outward communication.

Ancient meditation traditions knew that the breath and the mind are very closely linked. It was taught that prana, the life force energy circulating through us, can be cultivated and channelled through pranayama or specialized breath techniques. Invigorate is a class dedicated solely to the practice of conscious breathing. This class will elevate mind and body, unlock stuck energy, and assist in the awakening of vibrant awareness, leaving you to feel clear and energized.

During opening hours our studio is open for self-guided meditation practice when classes are not in session. This service is a free offering for members of cntre space or a $10 drop in rate for non- members. Our headphones and seats are also available to use during these times.

We want to encourage people to develop a consistent meditation practice even among their busy lifestyles. Part of establishing a routine is providing ourselves with a favourable environment. Our peaceful abode promotes a mood of comfort and harmony so you can “turn on, tune in, drop out” more often.
