Karina was first introduced to breathwork and meditation in Athens Greece in 2015, and stumbled into yoga around the same time. Previously working as a corporate and into highly intensive workouts, she started yoga without being able to touch her toes. In April 2016 she completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga training in Rishkesh India.
And returned to Greece where her teacher, inspired her Svadyaha or self study. Practice became meditation, and meditation became home.
Karina returned to Australia in 2017 and now teaches a variety of styles: Vinyasa being her favourite because of its strength and flow elements, and also the soothing aspects of yin, restorative, nidra and Kids yoga.
