Cntre space offers a unique variety of meditation, mindful, yoga and positive psychology workshops and sessions to corporates. Our workshops help to educate your staff on the what, why and how surrounding these practices as well as the benefits such practices can bring into our everyday lives.
Workshops through cntre space have been carefully themed to provide corporates with interactive and engaging sessions on topics such as maintaining a healthy headspace, managing stress more effectively, experiencing more happiness and satisfaction throughout our days and the importance of self care.
Workshops and sessions are offered as individual events or as a regular ongoing series depending on the wants and needs of your workplace (ongoing sessions can be provided weekly, fortnightly or monthly). First session includes an introduction to meditation, mindfulness or yoga - providing employees with the what, why and how to these practices and then all classes post workshop are sessions in which the employees can come, drop in, meditate or practice yoga and learn mindful techniques to take away with them and ensure a mindful way of being is being maintained.

Head of Meditation + Mindfulness
All workshops are run by our Head of Meditation and Mindfulness, Meg Sanderson. Meg is a qualified counsellor, mental wellbeing consultant and yoga teacher. With an ability to listen to and understand that each and every single one of us is living a life filled with our own chaos, Megs passion is to help others to own their story, re author their story and to continue to create a story that they want to live. She has extensive experience in dealing with individuals and their daily challenges and hopes to continue to empower others to connect to the core of who they really are through the work that she delivers.
