Cntre space offers a unique variety of meditation, mindful, yoga and positive psychology workshops and sessions to corporates. Our workshops help to educate your staff on the what, why and how surrounding these practices as well as the benefits such practices can bring into our everyday lives.

Workshops through cntre space have been carefully themed to provide corporates with interactive and engaging sessions on topics such as maintaining a healthy headspace, managing stress more effectively, experiencing more happiness and satisfaction throughout our days and the importance of self care.

Workshops and sessions are offered as individual events or as a regular ongoing series depending on the wants and needs of your workplace (ongoing sessions can be provided weekly, fortnightly or monthly). First session includes an introduction to meditation, mindfulness or yoga - providing employees with the what, why and how to these practices and then all classes post workshop are sessions in which the employees can come, drop in, meditate or practice yoga and learn mindful techniques to take away with them and ensure a mindful way of being is being maintained.

Meet Meg

Head of Meditation + Mindfulness

All workshops are run by our Head of Meditation and Mindfulness, Meg Sanderson. Meg is a qualified counsellor, mental wellbeing consultant and yoga teacher. With an ability to listen to and understand that each and every single one of us is living a life filled with our own chaos, Megs passion is to help others to own their story, re author their story and to continue to create a story that they want to live. She has extensive experience in dealing with individuals and their daily challenges and hopes to continue to empower others to connect to the core of who they really are through the work that she delivers.

This workshop looks at the what, why and how of meditation and includes tips, tools and techniques to get you started on your meditation journey without the worry of not ‘doing it right’.  This workshop includes education on what meditation and mindfulness is, science behind the brain and how the brain works, a mindful activity, a meditation practice and take home worksheets with further information and resources based around meditation and mindfulness and cultivating a mindful way of being.

Tired of doing the same thing day in and day out? Tired of being tired? Noticed your mood and attitude towards what you do has changed? Not feeling as happy as you used to? Burn out is one of the main causes of staff turn over, life dissatisfaction and illness. This workshops reiterates the importance of self care to avoid burnout in the workplace and ensure a healthy work - life balance is maintained. Tools, techniques and education is given on self care, helping to prevent burn out from occurring or overcoming it, evaluation of an individual's life wheel is assessed generating awareness into the areas where more balance may be needed, a goal setting exercise and take home worksheets with further information and resources based around implementing and maintaining a healthy self care routine.

Sleep doesn’t get as much credit as it should for its involvement in our ability to function at an optimal level during the day. As little as a decrease in one hour sleep can reduce our ability to focus and concentrate by over 30%. This workshop looks at the science behind sleep, the science behind the brain and what happens when we are asleep to the mind and body, benefits of healthy sleeping patterns and education on tools and techniques to be able to create a healthier relationship with sleep. Take home resources are also provided in this workshop as well as interactional activities.

This workshop looks at the importance of effective communication. Communication is needed for human survival but the importance of effective communication is often overlooked creating barriers, relationship breakdowns and inability to respond properly. This workshop gives education on the power of conversation, effective communication and tools and techniques to enhance your ability to be able to communicate more effectively to avoid assumption, judgment and needs not being met. An interactional workshop with take home resources supplied for staff to refer to when needed.
